Our team executed a needs analysis in a healthcare organization and delivered results to improve organizational health. We started by interviewing a select group of employees about their thoughts about the department and the organization. Next, we used common themes found from the interviews to determine which scales to use to survey the rest of the department. This report summarizes our findings and provides all the necessary information in an easy to understand way.
